    Disappointed doesn’t compare with previous editions

    I was disappointed because it is not like the older ones. Not reader friendly small print photos instead of the old pictures hand drawn. I have my mothers centenary copy and wanted another one for my grand daughter aged 11. She loves my book. I thought this one would be similar but it isn’t. Sometimes progress (in the printing world) is a step backwards. It was to be a little Xmas stocking filler but it is just not suitable.

    Brings Back Memories

    My Mother used recipies from this cookbook , to create wonderfull meals and memories I hold dear . My Husband found this here . It is not a large book and their is always ' room for one more '. There are no wasted pages , just good stick to the ribs food . The recipies are easy to follow and of the no fail sort . I highly recomend this book . ...Alison .

    Simply brilliant recipes for everyday

    I have been using my copy of the Bero cookery book for 48years. I regularly buy copies for friends, nephews, nieces and this one is for my daughter who has started uni. It is a simple, no nonsense cook book where all the recipes work well and are tasty. They use simple ingredients you will always have in your cupboard. I use other cooks books and the internet, but I always end up coming back to my safe, easy to use Bero. Thank you.

    A little book with all you need to know.

    I'm now 70 years old and my mother gave me an original Be-Ro book years ago. Un be known to me, my wife threw it out, so I had to get another one. A little recipe book that is easy to follow, good recipes without being over elaborate and of course, doesn't break your arms lifting it off the shelf.
