We've never had an issue with this item before...can you clarify what exactly started to fall out? The gems are coated in epoxy so if that's it then the coating was damaged somehow (never soak epoxy, resin or acrylics in alcohol or jewelry cleaners). If the entire ring fell out that's a matter of tightening the ball enough. I'm not sure I understand fully what is happening with this one, but please contact us with any issues/damage/defects/concerns and we'll get you taken care of.
