Seller offered 20% refund as gesture of goodwill which they did not have to do so greatly appreciated. Rapid dispatch and good communication but unfortunately let down by carrier (Amazon Logistics EU) who failed to find the address on 4 occasions.Amazon have delivered to this address for 7 years! Gave Amazon instructions directly & also via seller but despite multiple emails, delivery still failed to arrive until 5 days later when the customer service operator finally updated the mapping for their courier. Poor service from them. Good seller.

It's a shame that the courier left it propped up against the front door for all opportunists passing by to see without even knocking. I was home all evening and only found it by chance.
