    The Seller did everything right and the item is as described. No problem there. However, the item’s journey was tortuous. The tracking was useless as, at no time, did it mention there would be import duty to pay and was very imprecise and even gave contradictory information as to the delivery date. The fact that the eBay system is computer based and, therefore, does not provide the possibility of a real chat with a real person made the whole process very stressful.
