It appears to be a well made, accurately welded (ring gear) flex plate. The ring gear seems to be hardened (I was a precision tool maker in areospace for years), and runs true (no noticible wobble when turning it in my hands). I will try to let you know if there are any negatives after I install it. All in all it appears to be a quality product, and I'm anticipating no problems. Also, it arrived on time (or early), undamaged in a sturdy box. Russ

The ring gear seems to be hardened (I was a precision tool maker in areospace for years), and runs true (no noticible wobble when turning it in my hands).
