Symptoms included the reservoir heating up due to hot water constantly returning to the reservoir. Thoroughly pleased with the parts. What was even more amazing was the quick transport from the NSW South Coast to the Blue Mountains in one day!! Well done Australia Post.

However, everything was unboxed and just in a plastic zip seal bag, so I can't confirm if any of the parts are genuine. The shower screen is labelled as IMS, but no way to confirm this as no original packaging was supplied. There is also no way to confirm this was brand new, though it appeared unused. The overall experience was positive and the feedback is both for seller and buyers as it was my experience.
