    I was aware dress was preowned but it arrived with such a musty odor/ stinky odor it was difficult even to try on and could not be worn without having the smell removed by a dry cleaner. I reached out to the seller several times just asking they pay a reasonable amount to have have the item cleaned and smelling fresh because it could be worn the way it was but it I got no response. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to receive an item that smells clean…

    Received buyer's message at 11:11am on Mach 28 saying she smelled strong moth balls on dress and requested return or paid for the dry cleaning fee. I replied at 11:12am on March 28 we don't use moth balls in my house due to allergy. She contacted me once and I replied. I have reported this buyer to eBay who can check our contact history and see who is telling the truth.
