The courier service was sub standard. I live in Canberra ACT. My package was picked up from the vendor on 17 Feb. It went from VIC to TAS (where it remained for 3 days). Was then in transit for 3 days ending up in QLD. It finally made its way to Canberra for delivery on 24 Feb. The box in which the guitar case was delivered had several dings/tears. Heavy handling???
