Good quality as always with docs. However, if this is your first getting docs that aren’t boots, you best try on a pair as it does feel a little loose and I could have probably gone a half size down because the back of the shoe sits a bit low. It has helped that I have put in my ergonomic insoles which helped make them fit better. No problems with seller, product arrived in great condition.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE……….for whatever reason I believe these shoes got lost and although they were dropped off at USPS they never moved from there in 3 days. I needed these shoes for a birthday and seller was so kind and understanding giving me my refund so I could make another purchase knowing I had this refund coming.
