I verified with Seller that the item was fully functional. When it arrived it did not work ("It did when we tested it") and a part was missing. In my experience buying/selling on eBay, I've come across many people who try to find cracks in the system and use them to their own advantage. I wouldn't call this Seller a scammer, but definitely a denier. Be wary and double check everything. You'll likely not get any apology or acknowledgement of fault from this Seller when the transaction goes sour!
