This unit came real fast by mail. It does what it is supposed to do. The hum can be taken care of by using a toroid on the line from the power supply. The fan noise is not objectionable at all in my living room. The only problem was getting the instruction sheet (video) as to change the output power, which he gladly did. I did think it was going to cost more due to the customs fees, but no problem.
