Love the boots! However, 12 days to get from NY to Ca is unbelievably slow and will not make any customer happy. Fedex ground is expensive and slow. USPS Priority mail is the same cost, and 2-3 day or Ground Advantage. I do thank you for the free shipping though! Thank you! God bless you and your family
