No need to remove the fenderwell cover. I did find the screw on rings very tight. It took some force to unscrew them. I put a tiny amount of oil on the ring to make it easier to turn the light/fan assembly in after the ring was mounted. Use a piece of thread tied to the bottom of the ring and, in my case, onto the hood strut. I dropped it twice...

I found these and they would fit so I tried them. What a difference, now I can see at night to drive. Easy install too, you need a flashlight to see where they fit in. Less than 30 minutes to install them. The auto dim still works too, I didn’t know if they would be affected, but no problem. Just go and buy these. There is a little wiring harness. But it all fits in.

Plastic when well liners don’t like to bend. The difference is huge though. 1000% better than the stock headlights. Only complaint I’ve got is I wish I would have done it sooner. I don’t drive her car much. I’m sorry I let her drive like that for so long. Seller is good and pkg was top notch.
