First Class experience. If you have any doubts give them a shot. I sent a 2003 Expedition gauge and message center to be repaired. They received it and let me know. They messaged me that my unit had been moist or wet at some point. Mine had completely stopped working, being the reason I had it repaired. They worked on it and sent it back and day. Did someone say “fast”? The turn around time seemed like it was overnight, although it was a day. Seller responded fast to my questions and the repair to the unit is perfect. I can see what the temps are and the button lights work fantastic. Can’t say enough great things about the seller. I looked and multiple sellers performing the same work for $100, but don’t know what they are doing to justify the extra cost. Get you unit fixed with rider193 for less and done right!
