Once paid, the seller took 48 hours before posting. She remedied it by sending it via Express Post. However, the item is not as described. She failed to mention that there is fault on the strap of the handbag where a chunk from the strap is missing.

I am sorry you are disappointed with the bag. I offered to refund the bag & cover the cost of the return however the buyer does not want to return the bag so i am glad they cant be too disappointed with it :) The bag was bought for $40, and was listed as used with pictures of the condition. It was a gorgeous pre loved bag, and an absolute bargain for $40
