Shipped quickly, item just as described. Very well packaged, seller secured both discs inside the case without damage to the discs, as well as packaged with cardboard inside case to keep discs from rattling and coming apart from their housing. They also included cardboard outside the case and within the envelope, to keep the case from being damaged. Entire item was then wrapped in heavy craft paper. Thank you seller, would use again. Trust this thoughtful seller!

I was given the name of the great champion, and it's been possible to do what he did. On this movie, we are given a glimpse of his growing up - the surroundings where he lived, and this is excellent. I question some of the details might have been written to be more spiced-up; and my only negative what that we aren't any footage of the actual golf swing. I understand - it's a little bit like the Grand Slam - no one has been able to completely has a handle on that swing. It was a thing apart. I grew up with Arnold Palmer on TV, making 80-footers making the spectators going wild; hence Arnold's Army - they could expect him to do some spectacular feats. It comes home that Jones did this too. Also loved the shots of some of those bunkers in Andrews. My wife doesn't play golf, but she really ...

  • Acatchy title since it is about gold.

The morals are good. I really bought it because of Alistair Begg, who is my favorite preacher. He wasn't a prominent actor in the film. I am sure many of us who know him through his wonderful messages were surprised that he used the word ''hell'' twice in his few speeches. But that's o.k. Alistair's favorite film is Chariots of Fire, and this film is much like it: a true story with good principles.

  • Go, Bobby, Go!

This is an all-time favorite of mine; James Caviezel's acting is superb. Golfing sportsmanship has definitely improved over the years, and Bobby Jones was definitely a man of true integrity and great skill, not to mention highly educated too - he pleased is father and mother, his town folks, his friends, his wife and in-laws, his journalist, and the greater public at large; and his competitors all liked him as well, even when they lost to him.

  • Great title for this movie

Just a good movie and you don't even have to be a big golf fan.
