Probably worst EBay experience. Paid 12th June, sent 4th July. Item was obviously old (not new as advertised) lipstick was completely broken off and tip and sides worn out. Asked for resolution, nothing in one month except one message asking me for my bank details. Asked them to refund back to the method of payment used (PayPal), as per EBay protocol, and to get support from EBay if needed, nothing since then. Sellers like this give a good platform a bad name.
