Item arrived promptly, well packaged and as described. The only negative was the company that delivered the mat, I live in a fenced village & the letterboxes are right near the entrance, my parcel & several others were left at the letterboxes without anyone knowing. It was a resident who saw the parcels when collecting his mail & alerted the office who, in turn, contacted the effected residents. Not good.

The delivery was quicker than indicated! The colour of the sofa was slightly different to the picture in the listing. This is a good sofa for lighter individuals but it sinks a bit if you’re on the heavier side. The seller was very helpful with arranging a full refund and pickup when I explained that it did not fit my needs. A pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and helpful.
