Even though this rug is very nice, it is not shaggy which in hindsight is good because I will be using it in the loungeroom where it is likely to have food spilt on it. It is also not 10mm thick. (More like 5mm), so, that is very disappointing. It did arrive in time as expected with the courier company informing me where it was and advised of delivery. I like the rubber backing. I also love the pattern.

Very happy with the swift service from the seller and would recommend their service. The product itself (from Levede) was smaller (85cm in table width) than the advertised 90cm. Item arrived promptly, well packaged and as described. The only negative was the company that delivered the mat, I live in a fenced village & the letterboxes are right near the entrance, my parcel & several others were left at the letterboxes without anyone knowing. It was a resident who saw the parcels when collecting his mail & alerted the office who, in turn, contacted the effected residents. Not good.
