    Good communication, safe packaging, fast shipping, item as described, unfortunately not as expected: due to HP corporate idiocracy this item appeared not compatible with my server despite the drives and cables are visually identical to those suitable for my server model. I believe the "effective managers" at HP have made a whitelist of permitted part numbers for the different servers to sell the same products under the different names (and different prices). So I've had to return this item.
