I message before I brought this item to make sure it was the right themostat for my holden commodore ve ssv ute v8 and they said would fit but got it and it a couple of mills to wide to fit in the themostat housing so not happy ad got this as was planning to change coolnant and put this themostat in but had to put old one back in because of it didn't fit
