The vacuum was described as: "Condition -- A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless" (which does not apply). The vacuum clearly had been used and returned. It was not in the original box. All items simply thrown into a box loose with assorted package material tossed on top. Vacuum scratched extensively. What a disappointment. Seller lied about condition.
