      Remote I got was as a replmnt for my Yamaha tuner.Not even the power button would turn on tuner. Instructions that I needed get online, had much detail on batteries,and putting them in. Also insts. had none for any tuner.Instructions said 95 percent problems due to batteries.Reply told to use batts supplied.None supplied.Told me try a few different brands of batts.Told me even if LEDs on remote lit up,it doesn't mean a no battery problem.I was refunded. They knew it wouldn't work

      The remote was NOT a replacement for my Yamaha tuner. They knew it.

      The remote was NOT a replacement for the tuner. It was a "universal" remote (cleverly, they put a sticker on the package with the model of my tuner). The instructions (not included) had no mention of whatsoever of tuner operation, of any make. The instructions had a puzzling amount of detail about putting in the batteries. Instructions said that 95 percent of problems are due to improper battery insertion. Product support asked be what brand of batteries did I use. I was told that I should be using the ones that were shipped with the battery. There were no batteries. They instructed me to try a few different brands of batteries. I asked them what brand of batteries do I need. That was the last I heard from them. A few days later, a refund was issued.
