I got a refund, seller was excellent and prompt This item is good more for smaller grains like rice, beans etc.. not so good for cereals which is why I purchased it for, it would not dispense the cereal for me, tried 3 different cereals and it didn’t work, I tried some rice and it did work with that hence why I say it will work with grains..

The only negative was the company that delivered the mat, I live in a fenced village & the letterboxes are right near the entrance, my parcel & several others were left at the letterboxes without anyone knowing. It was a resident who saw the parcels when collecting his mail & alerted the office who, in turn, contacted the effected residents. Not good.
