Product as described, very well packaged, great communication, would buy from again. Once again though very slow postage by Aus Post. Almost 3 weeks for item to arrive. This is no reflection on the seller, for the slow postage. A Highly recommended seller. Thank you. AAA++++++++

DVD was described in the listing as being in "VERY GOOD" condition but the disc arrived "heavily scratched". I sent a complaint (with pictures) to the seller as proof of it being 'not as described'. The seller claimed that because the DVD was tested/played, they considered it very GOOD & refused any further communication/refund request. IMO, I would have listed it as being in "ACCEPTABLE" condition, AT BEST, & not mislead my customers. I suggest the seller amend their future listings as such.
