I mainly wanted to use this controller to control the movement of my cnc. Initially had trouble getting WIN10 to recognize the controller. However, once I held the home button down for 3 seconds or so the controller went into X-INPUT mode and immediately WIN10 recognized it as an XBOX Controller. Gave the seller communication 4 stars because I reached out but have not heard from them.

The item took 23 days to be received, slow. Item received is a cheap knockoff. This item was advertised as an authentic Nintendo switch pro controller new, seller photos were misrepresenting what the actual item shipped was. The controller was received in generic packaging, there is no Nintendo branding on the controller, it is clearly a knockoff. Would not buy from the seller, misrepresenting their products.
