This product offers great value in helping control blood sugar balance for me along with relief of the distressing effects of blood sugar imbalance. It works for me based on how I feel although I do not monitor my blood sugar levels. I don’t get the crashes that leave me swearing weak confused snd spacey. I take it in addition to chromium with very good stabilisation.
