Had a scan tool known issue with my 2001 Dodge's PCM, shipped the computer off on a Friday, they got it on Monday and shipped it back on Thursday repaired. Great small town customer service and work. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

The technician hasn’looked at it, and they are short of technicians. I called one time and she said it’s on the bench now. I finally received my unit and it still doesn’t work. They give you a guarantee but do you think am going to shipped my unit back, absolutely no. I might not get it back. The ECM does not control the airbags and the VIN was already correct in the module. Your car doesn't work because you are misdiagnosing the issue. We had your part for 7 business days, we quoted you 7-10 business days before you even sent the part in. The rest of the time the part was in transit with shipping companies.
