      So happy to find Fruit Fresh on ebay!

      Like my mom and her mother and grandmother before her, I've used Fruit Fresh for keeping cut fruits tasting fresh and prevent them from turning brown for more than 50 years. Now, since Ball no longer is in the canning business, the product is no longer made. Reviews from frustrated former Fruit Fresh users for the new replacement product that contains sugar are less than stellar. I was thrilled to find two canisters for sale on ebay at a relatively decent price. Since this product is an excellent natural preservative, the ingredients don't expire and we are set for several more years.

      Bakers gotta have it!

      I have been using this product for years. But my local grocery store stopped carrying it and I couldn't find it anywhere in my area. Thank God for eBay!

      With very little sprinkled on the fruit it goes a long way.
