Hi Mandisa I have bought 2 of these units before. Not from your store after 2 months the springs fell out and the seller replaced the item only to fail again. This is a very sturdy item well constructed / made. I haven't installed yet but honestly very happy with the quality. Sellers should not be held accountable for Au Post. So I am not tick that box. From what I have seen of this item looks great. Sellers claim good for 10000 switches. Thanks again Regards Randall
