Shipping time was fair, they sent it out the following business day, the cost was a little high for the weight of the item. They used FedEx. Product was just as described. Will recommend and also do business with again as long as the shipping cost is fair. The top brackets didn't have all 4 holes. It only had 2 for the ones closest to the engine.
