    Perfect stop knot material.

    Been using this for years. Ideal for stop knots on fishing line. Stretchy and very easy to tie. One reel lasts years.

    A versatile and useful product

    I have found that using 5" of this above the feeder means I can fish braid straight through rather than my old method of having 25m of mono as a shock leader. This means I get the benefits of braid but don't get pull-outs. Also, it means I don't have a braid to mono knot whistling through and potentially damaging the rings. It's also excellent for stop knots. I leave decent tails as they go through the rings better than short jaggy ones. My only word of caution would be to be careful what knots you tie because, due to the nature of the gum, things can work loose and come undone. 10m doesn't sound much for the money but, as you only use short pieces at a time it 's actually pretty good value.
