    Der bestellte Artikel ist leider nicht angekommen. Der Händler hat umgehend den Verbleib der Ware geklärt, mit dem Ergebnis, daß das Paket auf dem Versandweg verschollen ist. Der Kaufpreis wurde sofort erstattet. Der Händler kann nichts dafür wenn bei einem großen Paketdienst eine Sendung verloren geht.
