Just the right size for indoors. Not too heavy or too high. Has wheels one end so you can wheel it to a different room or out onto the balcony. Screen is small but has all the info which scans every 4 seconds. Takes your heart rate too. Comfortable padded seat and back support.

Recommended but have someone who knows how to assemble such devices available.
As is usual the instructions in putting it together were lacking. When attaching the various electrical wires I pulled them through too much and had to insert some wire at the other end to retrieve it back to connect some more. The tension device was very difficult to install and had to open the gap to allow the holding device to fit into it. A bit of patience was required and once set up works very well.As is usual the instructions in putting it together were lacking.
