The Costway Grinder came packaged well. It is heavy (50lbs), and very sturdy. I cleaned it and ran some brisket through twice. It worked as fast as I could feed it. Completely happy with my purchase and would recommend this Grinder to anyone serious about grinding meats for sausage or hamburger.

Works good but grinder doesn’t disassemble completely.
Used it once, so far worked great. Washing not so good because not all the parts come apart. This is the first grinder I came upon that not all the grinder attachments disassemble. So when ordering didn’t pay attention in the discerption for that option. Which they don’t explain to clear.

We plan to use this for venison, primarily. We upgraded from a kitchen mixer attachment to this unit, and it's saved countless hours of trimming to remove tendons. The kitchen mixer required raw meat to be perfectly trimmed or it would get bogged down and we were worried the motor would burn out. We've only used this once so far, but it neatly ground 7 pounds of untrimmed venison faster than we could load it. Very well built, sturdy, and easy to clean. Buy it!
