The phone was not the exact model advertised, despite saying so in the box it came in. it was also a US model with carrier bloatware on it that could not be removed. Customer service was excellent to organise to have the phone returned and refunded.

Phone runs warm, when first turning on, it was so hot could not even hold the phone. The battery life is not good, it needs full charging every day with very minimal use, on low brightness, location turned off, bluetooth off, mobile data off, dark mode on. The phone also has some small scratches on both sides. Would have been more appropriately categorised as 'Ok' to‘Good’ condition, but not ‘As New.’ If this is 'As New' condition, lesser conditions sold by this seller must be in bad condition.
