As far as I can tell this was no fault of the seller. When I contacted this seller they responded straight away and took steps to resolve the problem. I was very impressed by the speed of their communication and their helpfulness. I have now received a replacement item which I am very happy with. Well done. However I definitely don't recommend Sendle!!

I purchased the item at approx 8pm last night and by 10am today the seller cancelled on me saying they couldn't find a suitable delivery service even though this is advertised. The reason for cancelling was that I wanted to cancel the item, which is not true as I needed it and haven't had the chance to even contact the seller. Do not sell something that you can't deliver on and Australia Post/ Star Track and DHL are all available as I had a look.
