    not a genuine remote

    Very disappointing to get device , ! Not a genuine remote for panasonic and will not work , very annoying , custom service was not helpful either .

    Faulty Product

    This replacement substitute remote does not have all the features of the original Panasonic remote as we cannot operate the TV as the original one does
