      Efficient delivery of Magnesium

      My wife and I have been taking larges doses for months now. No cramping, or stomach upsets in that time. Overdosing (4 tablets) in my case does lead to loose motions, but my wifes has had no problems on larges doses (6 tablets)

      Doctor's Best provide reliable, high bioavailability magnesium for supplementation. I certainly notice cumulative effects from regular (2-4 tabs/day) use.
