    8000 good for larger movements.

    Appears to be petroleum based oil, and the 3-5 year watch cleaning would be based on petroleum based oil products. Still, everyone got 8 years or more for watch cleaning. Do with pocket watches, that have large movements, 8000 is great. Small ladies watches, go synthetic oil to prevent gummed up movements.
