Well, that is not the kind of feedback any retailer likes to receive. I would say though, the other buyers that have bought this product thought they were great. Also that in 7000 Ebay transactions over the past 20 years, I have only had one other similar feedback remark. That buyer didn't want a refund either. Sometimes we all buy something we are less happy with. That is why I am always happy to issue a refund.

The item was very much as described. Arrived extremely quickly and was well packaged. Was lucky enough to benefit from a significant chunk of money off thanks to an Ebay promotional offer. Otherwise, I think the item would have been rather overpriced. A good service though, all in all.
