    Good communication at the beginning. Prompt shipping after payment. Upon arrival one was damaged, one not. Offered refund if returned. I didn't want to return the good one with the damaged one. No other communication after that. Disappointing. Will hunt elsewhere for a MOC 2nd one.

    Thanks for the positive feedback! I am sorry the second item was damaged but after my response I did not hear anything back from you. Would have been really nice if you had included in your feedback how I worked with you and held your item for almost a month until you had your finances in line. Either way I hope your father has a speedy recovery and good luck finding the 2nd one.

    Would have been really nice if you had offered a partial refund for the one damaged figure, but you didn't do that did you? And as far as the finances went, you left out my accident & hospital stay, which caused the issues. Quite frankly, you are lucky I didn't give you a neutral, or a negative. And while I appreciated your patience, it didn't mean that I should accept full priced trash or be forced to return both if I wanted a refund for the damaged figure. Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
