When the other reviews say the screw post is short, they mean very short. I had to milled out the mounting bracket to allow the protruding ring to be seated, and still had to cut the lock washer off of the included nut and use locktite instead. The thermostat works great, just be prepared for some form of intermediate level fabrication to get it to fit.
