I loved the first fan so much I purchased 2 more. Great little fan. Good sturdy quality. I find this fan is quiet. The thing is because of its small size and blades, it spins at a higher RPM than a standard fan so the noise is does make is of a higher frequency. I use one that sits on top of my Xbox and blows into the vent to help cool the Xbox. Fan can aim up, down or forward.

Great little fan
Excellent little personal fan works well, this is our second one of these, unfortunately the first one developed a broken wire in the USB connection after over two years of use. Happy with that result for this price.
