Item delivered quickly in good packaging, responded very quickly when I asked a question having realised after the item shipped I'd ordered the wrong part. My fault entirely, returns policy is good/fair, in fact I'd ordered it for someone else who's now decided to keep it anyway - thanks guys, next time I'll order the right part!
