There was instructions on how to put it together and that worked well. Couldn't find any instructions on how to use it, was able to fold the basket up as shown in the photos, the orange lever looks like it's meant to hook into the back to keep it closed, it doesn't reach. Also wasn't sure if this model is able to have the basket raised and the base staying to move a larger object.

The only negative was the company that delivered the mat, I live in a fenced village & the letterboxes are right near the entrance, my parcel & several others were left at the letterboxes without anyone knowing. It was a resident who saw the parcels when collecting his mail & alerted the office who, in turn, contacted the effected residents. Not good.
