    Tablet too soft.

    The tablet starts to dissolve in your mouth before you can swallow it. Plus, the tablet was a little large but perhaps that's just me, I am not good with bigger tablets. Haven't really been taking them long enough to notice any benefits. I am sure they will do the job.
