    It works well and is a good value

    With a protective case it is a bit oversized/thick for several phone holders designed for bicycle/motorcycle handlebars. Body is fairly thin so I feel it needs a protective case. Not compatible with "e-sim cards" for use in Europe. The 32 GB stock sim card fills up pretty quickly with apps and photos so I installed a 128 GB micro SD card, (about $10), and set the phone to save everything to that. All that being said it works well and has been durable with the protective case on it.

    Worked with Verizon. Good battery life.

    I was happy that this worked with Verizon. I had previously bought the same phones that were "Total by Verizon" and they didn't work. Had never had a problem using prepaid phones but Total is not actually Verizon it's Tracphone. Had to pay 3x as much for the unlocked unfortunately. Good battery life so far.

    Great phone

    This phone was a birthday gift to my mother, and she absolutely loves it. Leagues better than her old one, great battery life, user-friendly interface. The app icons on the screen are huge, which I didn't know until we turned the phone on. This doesn't detract from the review but I see it as an added bonus considering my mom is near-sighted.

    excellent value for basic functions

    Solid build, Good voice call sound quality, Long battery life. (Gamers & Power users should look elsewhere though). User replaceable battery would have been nice - are you listening Motorola? One down-side for users on Verizon NW (including MVNOs): VZ refuses to allow WiFi-calling with this device - even though it's fully capable. Perhaps if enough people beat on VZ - maybe they'll reconsider.
