Well I hate leaving negative feedback! But here goes , I purchased a inferno cab heater and paid the going rate for it since it was the one who would get it to me the soonest!. I received it and on one of the defrost vents the louvers fell off , so as you do I contacted seller they wanted a picture so I sent it then they said for me to contact the company about it they were NO HELP !!! Now I have a $500 heater with no defrost control.. good product but they don’t stand behind what they sell.
