SCAMMER. Do not buy anything from this seller.
I bought YSL lipstick and received an EMPTY BOX. I took a photo immediately and sent it to the seller thinking it was an accident. But It’s been 3 days without any response from the seller. I have contacted the ebay customer service. Let’s see what happens next.

UPDATE: It took the seller 6 days to respond and when I asked her if she had checked if the item was in the box or if she had the weight of the parcel when posting, she never responded. If you cannot bother to check the items before sending and take zero responsibility, don’t run a customer based business especially if you don’t respond to your customers issues post purchase. You have intentionally waited for ebay to process the refund. Clearly you know the process of refunds.

I received your email about missing lipstick on Thu (April 4). Next day, you initiated a refund request. I replied on Tue (Apr 9), stating I’m happy to send a replacement if it’s my fault, but needed time to investigate. I responded within 3 business days, not 6 as claimed. I have served many satisfied customers, none have encountered these issues. I am committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction and regret that it was escalated to eBay without allowing me adequate time to address it
